Offshore Energy Supply Chain Event, Titanic Building, 15 May

This event will give you the opportunity to network with procurement and project managers from offshore wind and tidal turbine manufacturers and their Tier 1 suppliers including: DONG Energy, Siemens, Areva, Alstrom, A2SEA, Swire Blue Ocean, Open Hydro, Rolls Royce TGL, Mainstream ,RES, B9 Energy, Harland and Wolff, Marine Design, Renewable UK, E.ON, RPS, Farrans and McLaughlin and Harvey.

The above companies will highlight the new supply chain opportunities developing in the UK, but more importantly, opportunities for Northern Ireland businesses.

The business opportunities are wide ranging including: fabrication, deployment and surveying, precision engineering, design services, environmental surveys, maintenance, accommodation, hospitality, medical provision, health and safety equipment, communication, training, transport, work boats, crew and labour requirements.

Opportunities in the Irish Sea region alone are currently valued in excess of £17 billion for areas under licence from The Crown Estate and is set to increase further when licences for installation of wind and tidal technologies in Northern Ireland waters are announced later this year.

This event will provide an overview of the UK’s offshore energy programme, give specific details of individual wind and tidal projects and provide you with the chance to network and discuss real business with over 300 industry representatives’ key decision makers.
