The flexible series of one-day workshops can address the development needs of those businesses considering exporting for the first time as well as the experienced exporter. The Programme provides knowledge and understanding of the processes involved in planning and implementing export activity and building export skills. Workshops are delivered by highly experienced industry practitioners who have held responsibility for managing the exporting function within their own businesses or for employers.
A key feature of the workshops is the emphasis on the practical application of skills in a company environment. Each workshop will typically include case studies, relevant SME examples, role plays, practical exercises to put the learning into practice and in many cases a guest speaker from industry.
Offering top level skills development training at £75 per workshop place, the Programme continues to be a highly popular and cost effective way for companies to skill up their employees at all levels in the exporting process.

NB: It is not necessary for a company to be an Invest NI client to participate in the workshops provided it is involved in manufacturing or delivers a tradeable service.
