Workshops are delivered by highly experienced industry practitioners who have held responsibility for managing the exporting function within their own businesses or for their employers.
A key feature of the workshops is the emphasis on the practical application of skills in a company environment. Each workshop will typically include case studies, relevant SME examples, role plays, practical exercises to put the learning into practice and in many cases a guest speaker from industry.
