Match Funding for projects part funded through SWARD

Monday, 14 September 2009

Fermanagh District Council will shortly open a programme to provide match funding for projects receiving a grant from SWARD under the Rural Development Programme 2007 – 2013.  Applications will be welcome from the community or social economy sector for projects based in Fermanagh.  Any offer of funding from Fermanagh District Council will be dependant on a successful application to SWARD.  This will be a competitive process and notice of the call will be advertised in the near future.  In the meantime the Council requires a preliminary notice of intention to apply for match funding under this programme.  Accordingly groups intending to apply for match funding from the Council should complete and return an Expression of Interest form which can be obtained by contacting Andrea McCourt on 028 6632 5050 or by emailing andrea.mccourt@fermanagh.gov.uk.  The closing date for return of Expressions of Interest is Wednesday 30 September 2009.
