Overview
There is a legislative requirement for all District Councils to annually prepare a Plan specifying the level of Environmental Health Service that will be provided and identifying the associated resources. This Plan has been produced taking due cognizance of Codes of Practice, guidance and advice from the appropriate external agencies, viz. The Food Standards Agency, Health and Safety Executive Northern Ireland, Department of the Environment, Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, etc. and most importantly, having regard to the Corporate Strategy of Fermanagh District Council and the identified needs and wishes of the people of County Fermanagh.
