Free access point for ratepayers in Town Hall

Thursday, 06 July 2006

Domestic ratepayers in the Fermanagh District Council area will be receiving written notification of the capital values assigned to their property for rating purposes in the week beginning 3 July 2006.
The new capital values are being released to property holders across Northern Ireland on a phased basis and details of the values assigned to properties will be updated on the VLA website as each phase is completed.
In order to satisfy themselves that the value assigned to their domestic property is reasonable, ratepayers may want to compare their value to the listed values of similar properties in the area.
These details will be available on the new capital value rating schedules on the VLA website.

Fermanagh District Council have established an access point in the Town Hall to facilitate any ratepayer who wants to examine the new Domestic capital values schedule. Access is available, free of charge, during normal working hours.
The new access point will also facilitate access to Fermanagh District Council's website and the Northern Ireland Government portal assisting access to a range of government services
