| There will be an informal discussion about BBC programmes and services, taking place on Friday, 14 September 2012 at 12.30pm in The Corinthian Conference Room at Fermanagh House, Enniskillen.
Taking part in the discussion will be Peter Johnston, Director of BBC Northern Ireland and some other members of his senior team.
The event aims to bring together a range of people from Fermanagh to discuss BBC services on television, radio and online. There will be an opportunity to share your views in an informal setting and a light lunch will be served.
BBC would like to hear about the programmes and services of interest to you – what you value and enjoy and, perhaps most importantly, where you think the BBC could improve its offering for its audiences.
Whether speaking as an individual or on behalf of a particular group or interest, the BBC will welcome all views.
The Audience Council’s role is to help ensure that audiences’ views from across Northern Ireland are taken into account in BBC decision-making. The Council advises the BBC Trust, the governing body of the BBC, which has considerable power to act on your behalf. This is one of a series of discussions the Council is hosting to ensure that local voices are heard at the very heart of BBC decision-making.
