Clones Erne East Blackwater Rural Regeneration Project

Applications are invited from a Lead Economic Operator or Consortium wishing to be considered for inclusion on a Select List of Contractors for the following project:

Clones Erne East Blackwater (CEEB) Rural Regeneration Project – Sliabh Beagh Walkway Provision

The works will comprise the development of circular walking and cycling routes in County Fermanagh.

The estimated value of the construction works is £115,000 excluding VAT. The construction contract is likely to be awarded in November 2012 under the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract with scheduled completion by April 2013.

Those wishing to be considered for inclusion on a Select List to be invited to tender must be capable of delivering all aspects of the works including undertaking the role of Principal Contractor, in accordance with the CDM Regulations 2007.

Further details are included in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Package (PQQP) which can be downloaded from the Council’s website at www.fermanagh.gov.uk/tenders. Notice of the contract is also available on the www.e-tenders.gov.ie website from Wednesday 15 August 2012.

All PQQP’s should be returned in a plain sealed envelope marked “TENDER - Private and Confidential – PQQP Stage - Clones Erne East Blackwater Rural Regeneration Project – Sliabh Beagh Walkway Provision”.

All PQQP’s must be received by 2.00pm on Tuesday, 11 September 2012.

This project is being funded by the European Union’s INTERREG IVA Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body.
