Finn the Labrador District Councils have responsibilities for the licensing and registration of certain activities which take place within their areas.

Approval for a place of marriage and place of Civil Registration

The Councils involvement requires the inspection of the premises or activity, followed by a report and recommendation to the Environmental Health Committee of the Council.
