| Fermanagh District Council purchases supplies and services which range in value from a few, to many hundreds of thousands of pounds. There are numerous European and UK laws which the Council must comply with, especially with regard to higher value contracts.
Tenders contain full instructions on completion and return of the documents.
The completed tender document must be:
1. Returned in a plain sealed envelope marked "Tender - [insert name of tender]. The envelope should bear no other markings, for example, do not use a company's personalised label.
2. Received by the date and time stated in the document.
3. Received at the address shown on the tender document.
Tenders received that fail to comply with these three rules will not be considered. These rules are designed to ensure that all bids are considered equally.
Tenderers should read and follow the instructions for completing the tender carefully. A contact name and telephone number appear on all tender documents and suppliers are encouraged to use this to ask any questions before submitting a bid.
