Fermanagh District Council purchases supplies and services which range in value from a few, to many hundreds of thousands of pounds. There are numerous European and UK laws which the Council must comply with, especially with regard to higher value contracts.
Tenders contain full instructions on completion and return of the documents.
The completed tender document must be:
- Returned in the envelope provided
- Received by the date and time stated in the document
- Received at the address shown on the envelope provided
- Your company must not be identifiable from the envelope(Do not use a company's personalised franking label)
Tenders received that fail to comply with these four rules will not be considered. These rules are designed to ensure that all bids are considered equally.
