1. Public Consultation on Draft Disability Action Plan
Fermanagh Policing and Community Safety Partnership is seeking comments on its draft Disability Action Plan which has been prepared to meet the requirements of Section 49A and 49B of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
Copies of the draft disability action plan are currently available for consultation. Responses will be taken into account when finalising the report to be sent to the Equality Commission. Comments are required by 12noon on Friday 7th March 2014.
We would particularly like to hear from organisations representing Section 75 groups. Comments from local community groups, voluntary groups and the general public are also welcome.

Consultations that have been approved by Council
1. Operation and Management of Cross Cemetery
A representative group of Councillors considered the consultation responses and the range of issues raised. The sub group reviewed the Policy and Procedures for the Operation and Management of Cross Cemetery taking account of the issues raised and made recommendations to the Council’s Environmental Services Committee. These recommendations were agreed by the Environmental Services Committee and were then approved at the Council meeting on 9 January 2012.
