Full Plans Application
For a full Plans Application, a plan fee is submitted with the relevant documentation aforementioned. After the initial inspection by Building Control Surveyors, an Inspection Fee is raised.This is a one off payment and covers all inspections carried out.

Building Notice
For a Building Notice Appliciation, the fee is exactly the same as for a Full Plans submission except that in all cases, the full fee is submitted together with the application. This fee is equivalent to the plan fee plus inspection fees payable for a Full Plans submission.

Building Regularisations
A fee amounting to 120% of the current plan and inspection fee for works carried out is payable on submission of a Regularisation application.

Payment of Fees
Payment of fees can be made in the following ways

• In Person
  to the Building Control Department, Townhall, Enniskillen payment accepted by cash, cheque, credit or debit card
• By post
   Make cheque payable to Fermanagh District Council and forward to Building Control Department, Townhall, 2 Townhall Street, Enniskillen, BT74 7BA
• By Phone
  contact (028) 6632 1807 where you can make payment by credit or debit card
• On Line
  Inspection fees can be paid using on line service.
