A.

If you were born in Northern Ireland, a Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate can be obtained from the Registrar General's Office in Oxford House, Chichester Street, Belfast. Telephone 028 9025 2000.

You can obtain an application form from our office in the Townhall, Enniskillen which should be completed and sent to the Registrar General's Office.

If the birth was registered in Fermanagh on or after 1st January 1997, a Certified Copy may be obtained from our Office in the Townhall.

If you were born in Northern Ireland, a Certified Copy of a Death Certificate can be obtained from the Registrar General's Office in Oxford House, Chichester Street, Belfast. Telephone 028 9025 2000.

You can obtain an application form from our office in the Townhall, Enniskillen which should be completed and sent to the Registrar General's Office.

If the death was registered in Fermanagh on or after 1st January 1997, a Certified Copy may be obtained from our Office in the Townhall.
