Follow the A4 Sligo Road out of Enniskillen for approximately 3 miles and turn off left onto the A32 Swanlinbar road – follow the brown signage. Caves are approximately a 15-20 minute drive from Enniskillen. |

| A.
Complete a complaints form which is available from the tourist office; this will be forwarded to the Northern Ireland Tourist Board in Belfast who are responsible for the registration and inspection of tourist accommodation throughout N Ireland. We will check, on your behalf, that your complaint is investigated and monitor the outcome. (The complaints form can be downloaded from the section ‘tourist information’) |

| Q7. How do I know what fishing licences and permits I will need and where can I purchase them? |
| A.
Licences and permits are available from the tourist office – staff will be happy to advise you on the different costs, requirements and regulations. |

| Q8. I’m organising an event in Fermanagh; how can I promote this? |
| A.
Contact the tourist office at least a month in advance of your event; staff will enter your event onto the website – this information will also appear on the 24 hour touch screen system and in the monthly ‘What’s On’ booklet, free of charge. |
