Complete a complaints form which is available from the tourist office; this will be forwarded to the Northern Ireland Tourist Board in Belfast who are responsible for the registration and inspection of tourist accommodation throughout N Ireland. We will check, on your behalf, that your complaint is investigated and monitor the outcome. (The complaints form can be downloaded from the section ‘tourist information’)

Licences and permits are available from the tourist office – staff will be happy to advise you on the different costs, requirements and regulations.

Contact the tourist office at least a month in advance of your event; staff will enter your event onto the website – this information will also appear on the 24 hour touch screen system and in the monthly ‘What’s On’ booklet, free of charge.
