Green approach to new build and refurbishment

The theme of this and subsequent events is New | Renew and this initial event is to set the scene for planned events later in the year on Passivhaus standards, Code for Sustainable Homes, renewables for homeowners and green retrofitting. The project has been set up as part of the South West College construction curriculum expansion programme to deliver informative seminars in response to increasing standards in the industry.   The Technology Department at South West College offers a wide variety of courses in sustainable construction including Foundation degrees in Sustainable Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology and Civil Engineering and Transport and short courses in Sustainable Construction.
