Match funding for SWARD projects |
Tuesday, 27 July 2010 |
|
Fermanagh District Council has opened a programme to provide match funding to the community and social economy sector for projects receiving a grant from SWARD under Measure 3.4 (Basic Services for the Economy and Rural Population) of the Rural Development Programme 2007 -2013. The aim of this funding programme is to assist project promoters to secure the resources required to deliver their project as per the application submitted to SWARD.
Applications are welcome from the community or social economy sector for projects based in Fermanagh. Any offer of funding will be dependant on demonstration of a successful application to SWARD and grants will only be awarded to meet a deficit in funding for the project. Applicants must provide evidence of their need for assistance from Fermanagh District Council. Grants are subject to the availability of Council resources.
For further information and an application pack please contact Andrea McCourt on 028 6632 5050 or by email at andrea.mccourt@fermanagh.gov.uk. Applications should be returned to Brendan Hegarty, Chief Executive, Fermanagh District Council, Townhall, Enniskillen, BT74 7BA by 12:30pm on Friday 27th August 2010.
